Unloader Valve is designed as high pressure accessory. The Unloader provides a means of equalizing tubing and annulus pressures as well as the by pass to allow fluid to pass through the mandrel of packer while running the tubing string in and out of the well. Circulating can be established to spot fluids to the packer or circulating debris from the hole.
Unloader Valve is high pressure accessory tool for compression set service packer. The UNV allow pressure to equalize above and bellow the Packer before the packer is unset , and permits bypass during running in or out of the hole. It can be locked in open or closed position by quarter turn of the pipe.
