Retrieving Tool For Seal Bore Packer
The RSB Retrieving Tool is designed to recover RSB Packers. The tool latches onto the top sub using a standard anchor latch, allowing the packer to be retrieved with a straight upward pull. A spring-loaded collet engages below the support ring to hold the packer in the set position, while latch fingers secure the tool to the packer. Applying an upward pull shears the support ring, releasing the packer for retrieval. If the packer cannot be retrieved through normal means, the tool features a safety release that enables disconnection from the packer using right-hand rotation.
