The Retrievable Seal bore Packer, RSB is a reliable, high-pressure packer used for production, gravel packing, or injection applications. The RSB is set on wireline or tubing with a hydraulic setting tool, and it may be retrieved with a pulling tool on a work string.
Rotationally locked components ease milling when retrieval is not possible. The RSBP packing element system is designed for high pressure and resists swab-off. The RSB shares accessories with the Permanent Packer system.
