WIRE BRISTLE SCRATCHER (VE-61)
Successful primary cementing requires centering of the casing, casing movement, and a properly conditioned hole. Our Scratchers condition the hole by removing mud cake from the face of formation to ensure a good cementing bound and to prevent channeling. They also contribute to the even distribution of the cement slurry and the achievement of a complete fill.

CROSS COUPLING CABLE PROTECTOR (VE-66)
Cross Coupling Cable Protectors are manufactured from high integrity carbon steel ASTM A216 grade WCB to NACE MR-01-75/ latest edition. Protectors can also be made in a range of other materials including stainless steel and Cast steels. All Cast Cross Coupling Cable Protectors to protect and support ESP cable, control lines, umbilical lines or encapsulated bundles and injection lines in the well bore for wells completed with artificial lift.
- Improve cable guard (standoff) to minimize potential for damage due to crushing.
- The protector is designed to withstand axial load of 30 ton and lateral load 20 ton without on the production tubing.

WELLBORE WIPER (VE-71)
Wellbore Wiper is a hinged collar featuring high strength steel wire cables looped in overlapping manner to produce an uninterrupted wiping action during pipe rotation.
These wipers clean the well bore efficiently by permitting removed filter cake to pass, thereby providing excellent reinforcement to the cement column especially under close spacing.

SLIP ON CANVAS CEMENT BASKET (VE-83)
Slip on Canvas Cement Basket is like an open umbrella. Its outside are steel flakes welded on steel slip on ring and riveted with high strength canvas on other end. Canvas used its inside for holding all steel flakes. It’s basically used in larger holes.

HINGE TYPE CEMENT BASKET (VE-81)
- Commonly used in situations where porous or weak formations require help in supporting a cement column.
- Designed with Flexible Bow Springs, heat-treated under controlled conditions for maximum strength and uniformity are welded to hinged collars and overlapping metal fins for flexibility and strength to support long columns of cement during primary cementing operations.
- Its design allows cement to flow in an upward direction, yet helps to prevent it from falling downward.
- Basket is easily installed by sliding it over the pin end of a casing joint, prior to make-up of the joint.
