The Hydraulic set permanent seal bore packer, a robust, high performance permanent packer, is designed for one-trip, high differential pressure in single or multi zone applications in straight to highly deviated wellbores.
Based on the field proven permanent seal bore packer design, this seal bore packer incorporates an upper seal bore, an anchor latch and hydraulic setting chamber for one trip system.
Features
- Full strength, full circle carburized slips
- One piece alloy mandrel
- Expandable metal back up rings provide a metal to metal barrier with the casing wall to prevent element extrusion.
- Rotationally locked components for rotating into linear tops and horizontal sections, and for ease in milling.
- Setting cylinder below the packing element reduces leak path.
- External pressure test clamp on packer are available for shop testing.

- One trip setting requires no rotation or reciprocation of the tubing string
- No setting tool required, however, temporary plugging below packer is required.
