Features
The Non-Rotating Hydraulic-Set Liner Hanger with Integrated Packer is actuated by hydraulic pressure applied through the running string, requiring no pipe rotation or reciprocation. The hanger incorporates two staggered rows of slips, each consisting of three slip segments. This staggered configuration provides a large bypass area for ease of running and unrestricted circulation, while the increased slip contact area distributes load evenly and minimizes stress on the supporting casing.
The integrated packer is compression-set and utilizes a high-performance packing element design. The packing element is energized by applying set-down weight to the tieback extension through the setting dogs of the packer setting tool. Upon activation, the packing elements compress to seal and eliminate any extrusion gaps. A body lock ring system maintains a permanent set once the seal is actuated.
The Drillable Pack-Off Bushing (DPOB) enables temporary isolation of the liner top to facilitate cementing operations. The DPOB is equipped with Teflon (TFE) seals, moly-glass chevron seals, or O-ring seals to provide sealing on the outer diameter of the seal joint connected to the bottom of the running tool.

10. The shear mechanism is pre-tested to ensure downhole reliability.
11. The integrated packer assembly is compression-set by applying weight to the tieback sleeve.
12. Standard tieback extension lengths include 10 ft, 12 ft, 15 ft, and 20 ft, with additional lengths available as required. The system is suitable for highly deviated wells up to 80 degrees.
