HINGE TYPE WELDED SPRING BOW CENTRALIZER (VE-02)
- More Restoring force as compare to Non Welded Spring Bow Centralizer.
- Centralizers spring bow have strongly welded to the End Collar under required temperature and condition with extra low Hydrogen coated Electrodes.
- Integral hinge folded on the inside stay intact even under extreme stress.
- End Collars are designed with a Reinforcing Rib stamped into the End Collar to give maximum structural toughness.

SLIP ON WELDED SPRING BOW CENTRALIZER (VE-03)
- Slip-on centralizers are manufactured with solid end rings that can be easily slipped on the casing OD during installation.
- Operational and general design features are the same as Hinged Welded Bow Spring Centralizers.
- Available Size: 4-1/2" to 20"

SLIP ON WELDED SPRING BOW CENTRALIZER WITH SET SCREW (VE-04)
- Slip-on centralizers are manufactured with solid end rings that can be easily slipped on the casing OD during installation.
- The centralizer consists of straight bow springs that are welded onto the slip on end ring with evenly spaced integral set screws for greater holding force; therefore a stop collar or coupling is not required.
- Available Size: 4-1/2" to 20"

SINGLE PIECE CENTRALIZER (VE-05)
- The SINGLE PIECE CENTRALIZER is newly designed integrated steel flexible Centralizer used to centralize casing during the cementing stage of oil wells. Fully integrated (SLIP-ON) centralizers are manufactured in any diameter and as per customer requirements.
- The blades, top and bottoms rings are made of one piece to ensure the centralizer’s integrity during rig operations.
- The specifications comply with API Spec 10D for starting compression, running downhole and expansion forces
- These centralizers offer high fatigue strength for axial forces and radial side loads on bows during tubular rotation

DRILL PIPE CENTRALIZER (VE-06)
These centralizers are designed to give a minimum amount of drag resistance when passing through the previous casing or wellhead and then spring out to fit undreamed sections and washouts.
- Used for oversized holes
- The welded construction provides for superior strength over non-welded centralizers.
- High quality springs steel undergo consistency special heat treatment.

- It is all made from one single piece Alloy Steel and hot formed in totally controlled Heart Treatment Plant to achieve the uniform hardness all over and good spring action.

ZIG ZAG SINGLE PIECE CENTRALIZER (VE-10)
- The blades, top and bottom rings are made of one piece to ensure the centralizer’s integrity during the rig operations.
- Non-welded therefore there is no week points, such as hinges, weld etc.
- These centralizers offer high fatigue strength for axial forces and radial side loads on bows during tubular rotation.

NON WELDED SPRING BOW CENTRALIZER WITH TURBO FINS (VE-21)
- The centralizer consists of straight non-welded bow springs with the rivets turbo fins.
- The fins are made of heat-treated alloy steel.
- The fins direction can be made in both right and left hand versions to assist in the uniform displacement of the cement.
- The turbo fins induce a spiral flow pattern to cement slurry and assists in the removal of mud cake and help reduce channeling during cementing operations.

SOLID BODY ROLLER CENTRALIZER (VE-30)
- The primary feature is replacing sliding friction with rolling friction against the borehole wall, which aids in reaching the total depth (TD) in horizontal or highly deviated wells.
- They are solid-body, featuring high-strength steel or wear-resistant materials designed to withstand, and protect the casing from, high impact forces in irregular boreholes.

SWIRLER (VE-100)
Welded Spiral Vane Solid Rigid Centralizer Fixed is designed same as Welded Spiral Vane Solid Rigid Centralizer except nut and bolt on the outer periphery of centralizer to restrict rotation. It can be easily converted from fixed to non fixed design by detaching bolts and positioning with stop collars.
