Hydraulic Setting Tool
Hydraulic Setting Tool
The Baker-type Hydraulic Setting Tool is a valuable addition to our downhole tool lineup, delivering reliable and efficient performance for oilfield completion operations. Its compact design allows for easy handling, transportation, and operation. The tool provides secure setting and pack-off of packers, bridge plugs, and cement retainers, helping ensure operational success. In addition, components are interchangeable with hydraulic setting tools from other manufacturers, offering flexibility and versatility for a wide range of downhole applications.
Hydraulic setting tools are pressure-activated tools run on jointed tubing, coiled tubing, or drill pipe. They are designed to set completion equipment typically deployed on wireline, including packers, bridge plugs, cement retainers, and other downhole tools
The Hydraulic Setting Tool features a bottom connection equivalent to the Baker E-4 wireline setting tool. It is supplied as a standard three-stage configuration and is designed to accommodate additional stage sections, allowing the required setting pressure to be reduced.
